I thrive in building businesses at the intersection of an inspiring mission and impact at scale. I have been fortunate to be able to do that in 2 rocketship businesses - LinkedIn and now, Coursera. In both these businesses, have been an early team member helping to set up the business in the region.Every journey is unique and mine has been one of incubating and building businesses within larger ecosystems. I had the opportunity to design and build an Inside Sales team at LinkedIn and build out our University business at Coursera exporting it from India to the world.I am on my current journey at Coursera aiming to take to progressive institutions in APAC a roadmap to workforce transformation and skill development. I am part of the APAC leadership team helping to build the Coursera Enterprise business in APAC. We believe we can change the face of higher education in the world and especially in India. That is a lofty mission to work on!In my previous avatar, have been a Technology Consultant working with technology teams, a management consultant partnering with CxOs and been an entrepreneur before moving into a Consultative selling role to top corporates. This has allowed me to develop into a more rounded general manager with an ability to set up, run and build businesses. Previously spent a fulfilling stint at Linkedin. In my last role, I worked on developing the right sales strategy for LinkedIn India and help execute our financial plan.
