I've implemented successful strategies for Twitter and Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn platforms. Under my care, The High Calling has become a highly engaged and rapidly growing voice for faith in the workplace across social media platforms.

I am responsible for managing the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of major national training initiatives for the customer service call centers across the organization. I largely focus on the development of e-learning, but have developed other facilitator-led, self-paced, and blended learning solutions. A typical training program development project requires me to effectively manage timelines, budgets, internal subject-matter experts, external contractors, and other aspects of project teams in order to launch appropriate training materials in time for the launch of new products or desktop tools.

In this role I conducted New Hire Training for High Speed Internet Tier One Tech Support agents. I also acted as the lead Trainer at the pilot site for the Comtrac CRM.

Acted as Property Manager for various Self-Storage properties. In this role, I was often responsible for managing properties that needed a "boost"​. Also responsible for web design and development of company's Internet marketing strategy. In this role I was published multiple times in The Mini Storage Messenger (an industry trade publication) as an industry expert in Internet Marketing. I also acted as a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate.

I proudly served in the USMC for four years. I did boot camp at Parris Island, SC, and my schooling at Camp Lejeune, NC. Then I was stationed in Quantico, VA from March of '88 through June of '90, before spending my last year in Okinawa, Japan.
