There are six parks in the group that falls under the group property manager purview, and portfolio. Involved in every aspect of our communities, from staff training, State and City codes, purchase and sales of homes, also negotiate construction and maintenance contracts, and oversea all contractors for refurbishment of over 50 rental properties, plus all legal issues. Have been married to my soul-mate and best friend Maureen for 51yearsAuthor of 2 published novels (two more following) called, the 'Thirty Minute Series' of Short Stories. Each novel has 7 short stories, based on biblical characters named only once, or, some not even mentioned by name, like the leper, the blind man, the woman at the well etc. The novels are available from Amazon in book, or on Kindle format.
