Support applications using Microsoft Identity Manger that provide password management, group management and identity reporting by pulling data from various SOR’s into SQL databases to generate reports using SQL Reporting Services.

As production support for the Digital Marketing Reporting Team my responsibilities included monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting reported problems pertaining to reports and the reporting database environment. Responsible for creating, optimizing and scheduled ETL processes employing SSIS, PowerShell, C#.NET, SQL script and SQL procedures for gathering and monitoring data flow from multiple sources used to produce reports from a SQL DataMart. Other technologies included Teradata (W), JAMS Scheduler, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau reporting, SharePoint, and email (SMTP) alerts.

DevOps Team - ACME enables applications to externalize authorization decisions using a XACML-based architecture (Oracle Entitlements Server) supporting coarse-grained to fine-grained authorization needs. As a member of the ACME team, I designed and developed the process of importing data from disparate sources containing HR, organizational, user accounts and application specific data. The solution required knowledge of Oracle DB, SSIS packages and custom coding using .NET and PowerShell. Additionally, I leveraged JAMS scheduler custom workflow jobs to orchestrate the processes. Finally, SQL Reporting Services provided statistical information about Oracle table updates. Other responsibilities included deploying and supporting JAMS Scheduler use by various application teams in the Bank to schedule and execute SSIS (ETL) and other workflow jobs. In addition to JAMS I deployed and support Project Web Server 2013 running on SharePoint to manage and report on projects, along with Sitescope monitoring.

Delivered a cost saving remediation project on time. Tasks included design, build and support a shared hosting platform consisting of 90 servers running Windows 2008, IIS, TFS, SharePoint and SQL 2008 / SSIS for numerous applications. I designed a scripted security model to allow easy onboarding of applications while maintain separation of security between production and non-production environments. Responsible for all aspects of the project including gathering requirements, onboarding applications, and monitoring both applications and servers. In addition NAS storage was implemented along with FTP services. In 2012 a remediation project to CHP (Virtual Servers) was underway. My responsibility was to build out 65 CHP servers for ETL jobs running SQL2012 / SSIS for each application previously in the shared infrastructure, based on their application requirements. JAMS scheduler was also integrated into this environment. All task were completed on time

Responsible for all aspects of running a LAB containing Windows, Linux and Oracle servers used for development by my team. Maintained HP and Compaq Servers. I designed a virtual server infrastructure consolidating 30 servers to 5 cutting cost and increasing uptime significantly. Other responsibility included coordinating with TI to build out production environments for and remediation of older servers along with developing automated password changers for workgroup servers as well as Oracle and third party applications.

As a member of the infrastructure team, I supported our corporate data center, with over one hundred remote offices. Provide e-mail, FAX, web hosting, Windows Terminal Services/Citrix, SQL and Oracle powered applications such as time entry, resume and candidate tracking systems. Duties include product evaluations, architecting solutions, deployments, execution planning, documentation and training. Other duties include administration of DHCP, DNS, WINS, firewall, users, change management, and providing level-three support, with a close tie to the desktop imaging team. Accomplishments include deployment of SMS 2003, Windows 2003 Servers, IIS6, antivirus, re-design of Active Directory with automated user account creation and self account management. Deployed and constructed a NOC for national network monitoring utilizing custom developed monitoring applications, as well as development bank to HRM transfer applications and a change management system.

Designed and assisted other ABB businesses in the deployment of SMS 2.0 throughout the Americas, developed project plans, set standards and documentation for a global cookbook. Duties included enterprise network designs, server sizing / pricing, building servers, evaluation of third party tools, lab / pilot testing, writing script and domain migrations. Other duties included setting desktop standards for software, software packaging and distribution via SMS, assisting level-two technicians, working on migration projects, troubleshooting enterprise network problems, and writing custom diagnostic tools in Visual Basic.
