Responsible for Payroll Services (full-cycle of payroll, SHUI and PIT compliance for around 200 headcounts).Assist in HR Advisory and others related services for International companies (e.g. Visa, The Resident Card (TRC), Work Permit Service and Internal Labor Regulations, ect.)PIC for 10-12 clients per month.

Responsible for the entire payroll cycle for 5-7 clients per month.Perform procedures in relation to SHUI and PIT compliance.Consult clients on inquiries related to labor matters, especially payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, Labor Contract, welfare policies, salary and bonus.Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual compliance reports to local authorities.In-charge of Visa, The Resident Card (TRC), Work Permit Service and Internal Labor Regulations.

Assist in SHUI declarations as well as PIT registration and others related reports.Follow, update and manage employees’ contracts/agreements status and others paperwork.Support Expats Management tasks, including Visa, TRC and WP.Involve in the payroll cycle.Support the process of registering Internal Labor Regulations.Involve in the cycle of Billing processing and annual PIT finalization.

Prepare and follow up the payment requisition for all locations.Others administrative tasks of HR department.
