Responsible for preparing Of Work Plan & Budget.Supervision & monitoring of ongoing HHDW Project in OPELIP areas.Prepare design, plan, estimate and Bill for all engineering work.Safe Drinking Pipe Water supply to Rural Villages with Government convergence.Preparing work estimates and design for land and water management, community infrastructure and other construction oriented activities.Provide layout of the works and monitor the works execution and completion.Checking the quality of all Construction Work.Any other work assigned as and when by the competent authority.

Responsible for preparing Annual Action Plan.Supervision & monitoring of ongoing HHDW Project in OTELP areasPreparing estimates for different works, MGNREGA works,Maintaining the documentation work of all projects for Audit,Executing the MGNREGs work of all GPs under ITDAInspection and checking of elevations as per approved plans.Preparing Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the consideration of Gram Sabha.Verification of VDC records, conducting meetings and any other works as when assigned by the authority/SMSs from time to time.Monitoring all NRM activities at the village level in assistance with VDC.Monitoring the growth in capacity of community groups/committees.

Properly surveying as per the design.Taking care of every civil equipment.Preparation of joint measurement with client.Preparation of execution plan & DPR.Co-ordination with the senior engineer.Handling all the problem and providing proper solutions.Building Constructions, Road constructions and supervision.Implementation of QA/QC program.Inspection activities on earth works, concrete, cement grouting, asphalt works, civil structural works and civil erection in accordance to the approved Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
