- Lead a team of RMs (8-10 team members), supervise their commercial activities, relationship with sellers- Ensure overall targets of Cluster in Spike/BAU are met through managing the performance of sub team- Identify & plan initiatives to improve performance- Process data, generate in-depth understanding to support decision-making- Manage & guide team members, support them in execution

Vietnam

* Identify and onboard new Sellers (brands, manufacturers, wholesalers) and assist Sellers to drive sales generated from selling on Shopee* Build strong relationships with Sellers and gain Sellers's trust, understand more about their business and their key success factors* Responsibility to ensure the success of key merchants on Shopee platform including driving Revenue and smooth operation* Educating sellers on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaign and market insights* Interact with stakeholders of different teams to ensure products sold by new sellers receive enough visibility on the product pages* Implement campaigns for new sellers, analyze and report their performance* Interact with other local teams to share knowledge and replicate best practices* Forecast volume and number of new sellers and activities required to incubate them
