At Patriot Rail I was able to have an immediate positive effect on their customer service team with my extensive knowledge. I helped train newer colleagues with less railroad experience. I was also tasked with training our systems manager and assisting with automation of Patriot's railroads, as well as train external customers with online tools. I was able to provide customers with world class customer service, as well as provide pertinent and accurate information, in a timely manner to our train crews. Customer Service was also responsible for managing and keeping up with all Daily Operating Bulletins.

Handle day to day railroad operations from a customer service stand point. Work with internal and external customers, crew members, as well as other railroads to provide timely and accurate information. Issue paperwork to crews so that operations are handled accurately and safely. I was also responsible for financial portions of the job which included and was not limited to close out at the end of the month, protecting revenue, and issuing invoices to be paid. In automation I was responsible for implementing and supporting automation across all railroad properties. Was responsible for the training of rail crews, external customers, as well as supporting customer service and revenue personnel.
