I have helped companies improve efficiency and develop teams in the realms of construction, service and manufacturing. Some examples of my successes include:• Leading an air purification manufacturing line from producing 10 units a week with three assemblers to 100 units a day and 15 assemblers during the COVID-19 pandemic when it was discovered that the unit destroys COVID-19 airborne particles• Creating an organizational tool in excel that displays at-a-glance metrics on employee performance to facilitate continual development of teams • Achieved company production goals through the hardships of Covid-19 for the manufacturing of complex mail sorting machines with a varying team of up to 27 people including technicians, assemblers and line leaders as direct reportsMy broad leadership background has made me an adaptable leader who embodies accountability, continual improvement and effective communication skills while specializing in creating systems of organization, team development and nurturing healthy organizational culture.
