• To work independently and as part of the team to maintain and develop working relationships withmembers of Dynamo for Intermediaries (DFI) in order for team targets to be achieved.• Acting as “Every Lender’s BDM.”• Helpdesk service, dealing with enquiries regarding BTL, Residential and 2nd charge mortgageapplications.• Responding to inbound calls and email enquiries from DFI members regarding mortgage enquiries,criteria questions and requests for support.• Accurately processing Decision in Principle Applications for brokers’ clients
