Led a team of over 30 onshore and 20 offshore team members to implement a custom data warehouse on SAP HANA• Built a custom in-memory data warehouse capable of presenting dimensional data in near real-time• Designed the resourcing needs for the project and worked across IT to build the properly staffed team• Fostered the learning for all of the existing BI team members by evaluating and bringing on an implementation partner to assist in knowledge expertise and build of the warehouse• Resources included integration developers, data modelers, QA, business analysts, and SQL Server Analysis Services tabular developers
