🍯🐝“Curious people are interesting people; I wonder why that is.” - Bill MaherI’m a communication professional and have a head full of ideas. I graduated from Anadolu University with a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences / Advertising & Public Relations and I have been awarded the International Advertising Association's Diploma in "Marketing Communications". Over the course of four years, I got courses in the field of communication sciences, advertising and marketing communications by leading professors. I took my first steps of advertising career when I started to work in Cenajans / Grey and M.A.R.K.A., popular advertising agencies in Turkey in early 2000s. In 2006, I joined Pixelplus Interactive, one of the first digital marketing agencies of Turkey, and worked as a Digital Copywriter and Strategist for leading brands. I was promoted to Digital Strategy Director position at Pixelplus Interactive in 2010. In 2012, I got the Creative Director title and played an active role in the establishment of Likeable Istanbul, a New York based social media agency within Pixelplus. After leaving Pixelplus in 2015, I started to work as Creative Strategy and Planning Director in the new generation advertising agency Karbonat Istanbul, which is the pioneer of the hybrid agency structure (digital + ATL) in Turkey. The next challenging step was to work as Senior Marketing Manager at Özak Global Holding (Grand Pera, Bulvar 216, Cinemo) and manage its marketing communications activities. After this adventure, I was the Creative Strategy Director of Isobar Turkey which is dentsu's global creative agency (aka SesliHarfler Isobar in Turkey) for 3+ years. And lastly, I worked as Strategy Director at Cheil Worldwide Turkey, South Korea's leading advertising agency serving for Samsung Electronics.Now, I aim to continue my career by focusing on digital, creative strategy, user experience, brand communication, marketing management and corporate communication using my 15+ years of multidisciplinary experience.Thanks for reading my story.
