Primary responsibility to facilitate the development of vibrant, viable football clubs and associations within Western Australia through the Football West Building Stronger Clubs Program. The Building Stronger Clubs Program aims to assist all football clubs and associations in having stronger governance and provide a better experience for all football participants.In this external facing role, I am regularly engaging and visiting our 250 clubs and Football Associations across WA. This position also supports the engagement in delivering a suite of best practice guides and coordinating training to meet the needs of our clubs and associations.

Playing a key role in increasing participation within gymnastics and creating sustainable inclusion and diversity opportunities for Gymnastics WA members and the wider community in Western Australia. We achieve this by delivering a range of community & member engagement projects and events with clubs, schools and inclusive community organisations.

Responsible for influencing participation growth and capacity building for Little Athletics Centres/Clubs across Western Australia during periods of exciting change and transitions for the sport.- Delivering education opportunities for athletes, coaches, officials and other volunteers.- Coordinating and delivering school engagement programs such as the Little Athletics Program for Schools and School Ambassador Program for students and teachers.- Planning, coordinating and delivering regional initiatives to assist communities across all parts of WA.- Engaging with all levels of stakeholders to further the objectives of Little Athletics WA from the classroom to the boardroom.- Providing support to volunteers in the establishment of Little Athletics Centres/Clubs in metro and regional WA. New Centres/Clubs include Broome, Hedland, Newman, Swan Valley, Byford, Vic Park.- Creating the social media and web presence of Little Athletics WA on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.- Providing general administrative support for all operational aspects of the asics Australian Little Athletics Championships Perth 2015.- Digital media and administrative team support for the WA Under 14/15 Team at the 2015 International Athletics Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and 2016 Australian Little Athletics Championships.

Delivering IAAF Nestlé Healthy Active Kids’ Athletics in Perth schools through Sport Australia’s ‘Sporting Schools’ program. Teaching children the core fundamentals of athletics - running, jumping and throwing - using modified equipment with a focus on fun and following the IAAF’s successful global framework.

Presented the weekly world football show/podcast 'Beyond Extra Time' every Sunday 6-8pm with two fellow panellists.Liaised with A-League and W-League clubs to organise and interview professional players on the show. Co-commentated three live Perth Glory A-League matches during the 2013-14 season in the absence of the senior station commentator.Interviewed at relevant opportunities by the Sports Breakfast show to provide updates on the FIFA World Cup qualifying competition for Brazil 2014.

As part of the national Little Athletics Australia program, I travelled across the Perth metropolitan area to deliver promotional fundamental athletic skill clinics at Primary and High Schools. Engaged with students, teachers and parents while building key relationships on the ground with schools to drive participation growth for Little Athletics.

This experience over the 2009 AFL season gave me great insight into the operations and structure of a professional club. My tasks included:- Working closely with the Event Manager and Event Coordinator to prepare administratively for functions at home games and major club events.- Producing interview questions and biographies for event MC’s to ask high profile guests and squad members for club corporate functions.- Observing and supporting game-day and event execution of the Len Hall ANZAC memorial Game, Western Derby and Gala Auction.
