Associate Director - Software Engineering
Current• Maintaining multiple accounts and providing the product/Technology knowledge to customer. • Keep good relationship with the customer to provide the valuable support (Resources, Technology, Product knowledge, Infrastructure details).• Works with team members to identify areas of focus, where training may improve team performance, and improve incident resolution • Maintain application development project plans: schedule scope of work, create project plans and identify critical path activities and dependencies • Calculating the gross margin of all the accounts and shuffling the resources based on the project margin.• Effectively manage team including work assignment, personal development and career planning • Manage and coordinate the work for a team of developers (ranging from 30-40 senior developers). Act as a player coach • Manage the engineering process and develop metrics aligned with goal deployment, develop team goals, priorities, and guide process improvement plans, that will improve the performance of the production processes • Work well in fast paced and Agile development environment and drive continuous improvements • Provide coaching on technical issues, nurture strong performers within the technical organisation• Maintaining multiple accounts and delivering well maintained software.• Strong experience leading development teams • Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills• A ceaseless desire to improve how things get done • A calm, rational demeanor under pressure.
