-Integrated client data into FactSet's real-time applications at various stages of the data integration process, ensuring an efficient and accurate flow of information for the benefit of end-users.-Extracted diverse data sets from various sources including accounting systems, order management systems, databases, data feeds, and third-party vendors such as RBC, CIBC, BAML, BNY, etc.-Ensured adherence to FactSet's predefined data format and maintained data integrity during the extraction phase.-Facilitated the secure transmission of data through FTP and SFTP protocols, prioritizing the latter for enhanced security.-Coordinated both outbound and inbound data transfers between FactSet and clients using the FactSet File Transfer System (FTS).-Ensured data security by employing encryption during data transit to or from FTS, aligning with industry best practices.-Orchestrated the seamless upload, transformation, and validation of incoming client data within FactSet's systems using Perl, Bash, and Regular Expressions.-Coordinated with the internal sales team to extract and upload data, as well as provide back-end support for prospective clients' trials.-Responded to clients via telephone and email and effectively answered questions and inquiries.
