- Develop new business accounts through daily outreach of prospective and current clients.- Increase volume and revenue with existing accounts through rigorous follow-up and monitoring.- Proactively maintain relationships with each account; anticipate customer needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.- Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations.- Understand market trends and conditions to offer strategic solutions to customers.- Prepare rate proposals to prospective new clients for a variety of transportation services.- Maintain and grow current client accounts by daily outreach.- Build and grow a profitable book of business.- Mediate and make final decisions between operation employees and carriers when there are discrepancies in resolving shipments issues.

- Negotiate freight rates with motor carriers on spot and contracted levels to ensure maximum probability on a quarterly basis. - Unearth new carrier sales opportunities through networking and turning them into partnerships and utilizing them by providing carrier rates to customers and covering shipments for maximum profitability- Sourcing, establishing, and maintaining business relationships with motor carriers by providing excellent service and support. - Scheduling trucks and resolving issues by communicating and coordinating available customer freight with motor carriers.

Handling all modes of transport. (Ocean and Air) Doing everything from A-Z in freight forwarding including:-Complete shipment processing including quoting, booking, document processing & billing-Updates clients on their shipment transit-Resolve shipment challenges and conflictsReceiving files/shipments and opening files via Cargowise-Identifying inco terms & tarriff codes and also examing documents such as bills of lading & invoices at the time of receipt to ensure accurate and timely data submission without delays-Preparing ISF filings to US Customs & follow up until BOL is matched

-Restore Residential & Commercial buildings after water and fire damage.-Processing various documents such as work authorizations, job permits, invoices, & pay stubs using Quickbooks-Coordinating and followin up with the customers and subcontractors that are working on the job to restore the property in a timely and concise manner-Communicating internally to ensure customer expectations are exceeded

-Transport patients to various medical procedures and various departments of the hospital-Prepare patients before medical exams-Resolving patient issues by coordinating with their assigned nurse-Accomodating nurses and respiratory techs when an emergency code is imminent by relocating the patient to the emergency room to receive immediate medical attention-Working side by side with Doctors, Respiratory Techs, Radiology Techs, & other staff to ensure the patients needs are satisfied.
