Project Manager
- Facilitating and managing Scrum-related meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and demos;
- Evaluating project plans to determine timelines, budget constraints, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for each project phase;
- Developing working plans and staffing strategies for project phases, and recruited or assigned project staff as needed;
- Collaborating with project staff to define work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and authority, and ensure project progress is on schedule and within budget;
- Reviewing status reports, analyzed project performance against planned objectives, and modified schedules or plans as required;
- Presenting project reports to management, clients, or other stakeholders, and provided technical advice and support to resolve project-related issues;
