An idea without proper execution is nothing. I take ideas and bring them to life by focusing on all of the nitty-gritty “boring” details that aren’t very flashy but are absolutely critical to the stability and longevity of an enterprise. As the Rainmaker's Chief Enabler I "make things go." As a tried-and-true Solution Finder, if I don't know, I'll figure it out. And as an Activator I’ll make it happen. I'm a self-starter always on the hunt for things I can fix or improve. But I'm not all work and boring - I do also have a creative flair and unique style as well as quirky sense of humor. My tools of choice are Shopify, Salesforce, and WordPress because of their flexibility and rapid deployment. I quickly bring answers for problems and completion to projects. Being a big picture forward-thinker allows me to develop solutions not for where we were or even where we are, but for where we are headed, that way the solution will not be obsolete before it's even finished. Attention to detail and usability are other key hallmarks to my work. My work ethic can be described as mission-oriented; I immerse myself completely in a project until I get it done. If I don't know the answer, I will find someone who does. Time is valuable and, with that in mind, I'm very direct and don't mince words - you can count on me for a very straight, candid assessment regardless of your rank or title. I thrive in somewhat informal environments with relative autonomy over my own workload and schedule, just point me in the right direction.
