As a Crew Frontliner, I ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This includes warmly greeting patrons, assisting with menu inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service throughout their visit. I oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, prepare tables for incoming guests, and promptly record and transmit customer orders to the kitchen. Additionally, I serve food accurately and promptly, handle payments efficiently, and maintain cleanliness in work areas. Effective communication with kitchen staff is essential to ensure timely order preparation. I also address customer complaints promptly, recommend featured items to patrons, and ensure compliance with food safety procedures to guarantee the safety of our customers and staff.

Doctor Mengabdi Team (DM) from Universitas Brawijaya (UB), in collaboration with Thematic Community Service (KKN-T) students from the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), conducted a community service activity as part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education under the coordination of LPPM UB. Banyuurip Village in Ujung Pangkah District, Gresik Regency, was chosen for its significant mangrove and fisheries potential. One potential, green mussels, faces challenges like low market prices, suboptimal processing, and limited marketing. The DM program, led by Rahmi Nurdiani, S.Pi, M.App.Sc., Ph.D (FPIK), aims to improve management, marketing, and productivity of SMEs in Banyuurip Village. The KKN activity started with the release of the student team, including seven students, by UB in late June. A socialization event on July 16 in Banyuurip Village Hall addressed packaging, marketing, and licensing, presented by Angga Wira Perdana, SPi, MP.
