Career in Maintenance began as a Planner for the Electrical Crew. This evolved into a position as Planner for the electrical crew. Shortly there after I planned for all maintenance in the Autoclave plant. During that time the quantity of equipment increased six fold. I then became interested in working with the software used to manage our maintenance, creating reports that increased our proactive maintenance to 85%. I was then selected to evaluate and select a new maintenance package. Oracle was the company choice and I became the system administrator for North America.
