- Led production and design for hit mobile game FarmVille: Country Escape developing features with strong results in key metrics, growing team culture, and improving profitability- Managed team and developed feature roadmap sustaining high ROI for the mobile game CastleVille: Legends.- Created and managed a pipeline of new mobile games for the Zynga Casino Division- Built team from scratch and shipped new mobile title jumping to over 100K DAU and strong revenue metrics- Owned roadmap for mega-hit FarmVille, including brainstorming, prioritizing, and scheduling new features achieving consistent on time releases with minimal crunch- Developed tools and processes on FarmVille saving over 400 man days per quarter, saving $1M in art outsource costs annually, and streamlined our on time delivery of feature cadence- Shipped HTML 5 app for FarmVille with 300K DAU and solid upside revenue- FarmVille Express, FarmVille Web, Duck Dynasty Slots, CastleVille: Legends, FarmVille: Country Escape

- Managed AAA development team (over 30 people) focusing on core gameplay, story, new technologies, and tools- Led production team on multiple projects (16+ million units sold)- Oversaw publishing team in the US and UK providing multiple roles including: point of contact between LucasArts and Traveler’s Tales internal team, assisting onsite team with task management, and development of submission schedules- Assumed responsibility for all official licensing submissions on 2 major licenses (Indiana Jones and Star Wars)- Produced 7 games (34 skus) including – Star Wars 1313 (Cancelled), LEGO Star Wars III, LEGO Indiana Jones 2, Star Wars Battlefront 3 (Cancelled), Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron, LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, and LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga

- Interviewed, hired, and trained 60+ quality assurance testers- Worked one-on-one with testers in order to increase productivity- Implemented several testing strategies for hand held consoles- Tested on 13 games (30 skus) from Alpha to Gold including: NHL 2K6, NBA2K6, College Hoops 2K6, World Series Baseball, Top Spin 2, World Poker Tour, Amp’d 3; MLB 2K6, NHL 2K7, NBA 2K7, College Hoops 2K7, MLB 2K7, The Bigs
