I held many roles at Corporate Press, working in five different locations in my 20 plus years. I worked directly with customers, worked on the production floor as needed, ran our shipping/receiving, purchasing and warehouse, and oversaw all mailshop production. Throughout this time, always thinking of myself as the customer (a proud company adage).

Starting as a pressman while still in high school, I worked my way through the pressroom and various presses to the mailroom and eventually as Production Coordinator. My main role was the print shop’s liaison to editorial & marketing staffs, and accounting. I generated campaign schedules, balanced end of month reports, and approved all vendors’ invoices. At the end of each day, I would return to the print shop to aid in getting the day’s newsletters out and mailed.
