About Jim “Chris” Banister
Actively growing and learning to implement a culture of safety in all daily operations as well as productively executing projects by limiting idle time and misuse of equipment. Managing expectations to the fullest extent starting with safety first and foremost, Quality, Production, and always looking out for the company’s interest and investments. I strive to stay up to dateon the industry’s growing new equipment and how to effectively understand and apply them to be the most efficient and beneficial tool to producing safe and time conscious projects.I have always been fascinated with the inner workings and operation of heavy equipment, specifically cranes. I have been running heavy equipment (including but not limitied to: electric, friction, and hydraulic cranes(knuckle boom, box boom, telescopic, and lattice boom)(subsea, above sea and land)backhoe, bulldozer, forklift, manlift, trackhoe, front end loader, and logging equipment) for approximately 20 years.
