PresidentRoute 19 Inspections Feb 2014 - Apr 2021Route 19 Inspections was specifically created to provide clients investing in the Pittsburgh’s commercial real estate market with a professionally performed Property Condition Assessment that meets the criteria set by ASTM E 2018-08. Our drone is equipped to take 4k videos and/or 12 megapixel photos of your construction project or structure from just about any distance and angle.Knowing that Lenders are looking for a report meeting the ASTM requirements is important however knowing that the criteria set by the ASTM may fall short of the information needed by many investors is even more important. Assessment scopes are easily modified to meet the needs for investors of housing, office, retail, warehouse or restaurant real estate.
