• Selling AI-as-a-service products to top tier enterprise clients • Major responsibilities include:- Self-managing the entire process from prospecting, qualification to negotiation and closure- Involving getting deeper penetration of Appier AI and Data solutions across large accounts, developing these accounts from scratch and making them a strategic partner- Build relationships with C Level executives across the key accounts and selling the Appier story and solutions to them- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and closure forecast- Preparing business proposals and quotations as required- Working with other departments to create and finalize contracts and set integration schedules for products and services- Following up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities

• Working as a front-line touch point for key Korean PSS customers. (Jeju Air and Air Seoul)• Major responsibilities include:- Managing customer relationship including CEO, CIO and IT team leads. - Focusing on customer needs and propose a new product or CR (customer requirement) - Managing all commercial related matters such as contract, billing and new orders.- Planning and managing customer meetings including C-level and IT teams (Weekly, Monthly, Ad-hoc)- Implementing new products, CR (customer requirement) - Escalation point for a matter that needs to be managed with high priority- Liaison between ATL HQ, SIN RO and customers.

• Working as a sales&marketing manager for airline customers.• Major responsibilities include:- New customer developing and key account management- Sales planning, Customer business plan (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly)- Managing plans for sales activities and evaluations, control sales budget- Planning and implementing joint marketing activities with airline customers.- Introducing and promoting a new solution - Acting as a coordinator between KR and SIN RO.
