Leading the backend team, I was the tech lead responsible for several critical projects such as:- Inventory Matching: Designed and built the system that matches supplier inventory to Gametime events. The system handles 1 million requests per minute with 15ms latency (p95) and is the system where the marketplace is built around. (Golang, AWS)- Search: Catered to both internal and external users, enabled the company to expand its catalog from 10k to 150k active events. Resulting in 72% increase in engagement and 59% improvement in conversion rates. The search function has become the primary sales driver on both web and app platforms. (Elasticsearch, Golang)- Marketing Campaigns: Led a team rewriting the system that sends all marketing and transactional emails, enhancing performance and reducing the memory footprint by 80%. The system now handles sending 17 million messages weekly. (Golang, AWS Kinesis, PostgreSQL)- Lead more than a dozen engineers migrating the company’s main database from on-premise to the cloud. This project enabled point in time recovery and signiOicantly improved security of our microservices (Golang, Ruby, Nodejs, MongoDB)

- I worked on Yahoo! Profile, the place where users go to adjust their settings and personalization preferences across the Yahoo! network, until transitioning it in February '13.Our team won the "You rock" Award of the latest quarter of 2011 due to the frequency and quality of our deliverables. The Yahoo! Profile Team served as a template of agile adoption across the company.- Moved to the US to join the Yahoo! Mail frontend team, one of the biggest web applications of the world, where the concepts of "complexity" and "scale" are redefined.

Meme was developed with a python backend and php frontend. It was a direct contender to Tumblr with over 10M users and has been EOL'ed in May'12. This product won the "Superstars" Award from Yahoo! in 2008.I joined Yahoo! to help developing Meme and worked on it until the fase-out.
