I love learning about things, especially when it has to do with technology. I am grateful to be living in a time where so much information is so freely available and accessible. If I want to learn about something it's only a few clicks away. I have spent thousands of hours either online, in classes or at seminars, fine tuning my computer, networking and web development skills and knowledge. I have also put my skills to practice through employment and freelancing services for the past 18 years.In 2004 I started working for Net10, a Computer Training School in Rancho Cucamonga, as a janitor. By sitting in on night classes and applying myself I moved up to become their network administrator within a short period. After Net10 I worked as a freelancer in the Southern California area providing a variety of IT services for all kinds of different SMB companies. In an effort to move from the freelance break-fix model to a managed IT service provider model I founded BigO Services, LLC. in 2017.I have been challenged with different network environments and situations but have never come across anything I haven't been able to handle, with enough time and research of course. I have studied in the area of; MCP, MCSE, MOS, CCNA, Network +, A+, Security +, Intro to Computer Science, and Intro to Python. I have 18 years of hands on experience working with Microsoft servers, networks and workstations.
