Coordinating and interacting with patients visiting and consulting with the RMP; and assisting the said patients with any interpretation and queries pertaining to prescriptions of the RMP.  CHM shall be responsible for placing orders with the help of IT interface as provided by Docon.  Management of inventory and ensuring proper stock upkeep at the Clinic(s), as per the instructions and directions of the RMP.  Dispensing of various drugs/medicines in accordance with the prescription of the RMP, ONLY to the patients visiting the Clinic(s) for consultation with the said RMP. The CHM shall be liable for any loss caused due to incorrect dispensing of medicines as may be prescribed by the RMP.  Record keeping of all medicines/drugs dispensed at the Clinic(s) on a daily basis; and informing the RMP about the inventory/stock position on a daily basis.  Any other duties as may be required by the RMP from time to time within the preview of professional responsibility of the CHM in such manner as may be instructed by the RMP.
