Developed grade-level curriculum framework, pedagogy, assessment tools, and teachers manual with the support of the team, as well as ensuring close facilitation of the Academic Support Program in five partnered CCIs in designing lesson plans, quality content delivery, and tracking individual child learning, resulting in 80 percent target children learning grade-level outcomes in their respective subjects.All target children have been trained on best hygiene and adolescent health care practices and also children are being supported with required additional nutrition, resulting in 85 percent of the target children accessing improved health conditions with normal BMI.Collaborated with District Child Protection Unit, Child Welfare Committee, and District Social Welfare Office as program convergence and all target children have been received quality support for their growth and development.

Project partners have been strengthened in project management best practices, and ongoing handholding support has been provided to ensure the program runs smoothly. Empowered CBOs to track and monitor program progress at the village level through community-based monitoring mechanisms from three districts, namely two blocks of Balangir District (Belpada and Khaprakhol) and five blocks of Nuapada District (Khariar, Buden, Sinapali, Nuapada, and Komna), resulting in 74,646 adult learners becoming functionally literate through 300 Adult Literacy Centres during the project's duration.

Established and successfully implemented a Pilot project namely Integrated Child Development Project in three tribal districts in Odisha and four slums in Kolkata on Child-Centered Community Development Concept. Strengthened and facilitated the Village Development Committee, School management committee. Thus the CBOs participated actively during the project implementation at the village level, resulting in 2850 children (Kalahandi 1080, Koraput 1170, and Gajapati 600) who have learned age-appropriate learning through a multi-grade, multi-level approach. 90% of children were retained in their regular schooling as dropout was rampant in all the target villages. Empowered people with knowledge on positive health-seeking behavior, resulting in 90% of people from all target villages getting rid of their traditional practices and adopting modern medical facilities by accessing health care facilities, an increased rate on institutional delivery with regular vaccination and immunization of child and mother. Facilitated children parliament in all target villages and as a result, all children were participating in various developmental activities to raise their concern for their growth and development. With the support of existing service providers in the target districts and with collaboration with government line departments two schools have been promoted from primary to middle school status,18 target villages in the Thuamul Rampur Block of Kalahandi were electrified under Rajiv Gandhi Vidyutikaran Yojna, construction of the concrete road connecting four villages under PMGSY scheme. The program has also collaborated with Aid et Action and George Telegraph Training Institute, Kolkata 50 unemployed young adults have been trained on different trades and placed with agencies like, Maruti, Honda workshops.
