Developing the blueprints and process guidelines for commercial transaction for SAP All in one ERP in opening first franchise by Merkur in Cyprus 2007 – project manager for implementation of wholesale ERP in Merkur Serbia. Total project value 0,5 million EUR with total 25 people in project team. Coordinating the work of sales, logistic, legal and IT project teams.  2005 – leading subproject team for establishing the first retail trade centar, in charge of creating job description, procedures, education of local staff in using retail ERP, and support localising retail ERP to comply with local regulations.

I’ we had the role to analyze the business process and to create the specification for the development of the Information system which will support the complete trading process in Transit, supporting the development with technical documentation as well as user manuals, education etc

Developing overall project plan and leading the team of 40 international individuals coming from more the 15 countries to work on International Congress 2003. Designing the fundraising strategy for the events and activily being involved in fundrasing activities and partnership relations.This project was announced as one key event in 2003 for Goverment of Serbia and as such recevied the main patronage and support from Goverment of Serbia and Ministary of Finances.

As the president of AIESEC in Yugoslavia (nowadays called AIESEC in Serbia and Montenegro) together with the team of 4 vice-presidents I managed the organizational strategy and was directly in charged in developing national reorganization and redesigning of our core activities. At that time we had 12 local offices located in 2 different countries.
