Responsible for Credit Approvals, Controls & Credit Processes for Retail Agri Loans.File Decisioning as per KGC, Tractor & SLI (JLG & SHG) Product Programme within the defined TAT as per Policy.Heading a Team of 15 Credit Officers working in different SLI Branches looking JLG & SHG Credit.Portfolio Quality Management, to ensure lower delinquency ratio while maintaining Business Flexibility, Compliance of Policies.Organised Training sessions to Credit Officers, RM’s, Sales Officers, every month regarding any changes in Product, Process & Policies. Empanelment of Vendors such as CPA, CPV & Legal Vendor at different Locations.Providing time to time Trainings to Vendors regarding changes in Policies if any or any Software Updation Etc…Processing of Vendor Bills & Ensuring Vendor quality in terms of process and policy adherence.Involved in Policy & Process development and Implementation.Responsible for Audit and Regulatory compliance for the Location.Processes and Generation of MIS with relevant analysis to suggest Policy improvements.To interact closely with other functions such as Sales / Operations / Collections / Policy etc… in ensuring smooth day to day functioning at location.

Annual business plan development for branch operation.6. Fund management (Inflow and Out flow).7. Supervising the collection/ Recovery and maintaining 100% on time recovery rate.8.
