Nasser S al Hajri Corp.,KSA -Mechanical Engineer• Review all the engineering/vendor/transportation drawings for proper planning and monitoring of equipment lifts and installation works.• Identify the requirements and constraints related to specific work. • Identifying and evaluating site access and usability.• Selection of lift method from the available source of lifting equipments and rigging accessories according to site condition. • Preparation of lifting plan/lift packages /method statement for equipment lifts according to client requirements.• Inspection of all lifting tackles (visual) prior to conducting lifts, as per client HSE requirements and site conditions.• Co-ordinate all activities in site as well as office, related to lifting/work activities with site engineers or supervisors.• Monitoring and controlling subcontractors for all critical, heavy haul and heavy lift rigging plans.• Daily progress report preparation and submission to client.• Ensuring all site implementations are done as per approved lifting scheme prior to lift.• Making awareness among the rigging crew regarding the execution plan and risks associated with the particular lift.• Planning, monitoring & controlling the work to achieve the target within specified time with required Quality and Safety.• Evaluate riggers and Forman.• Conduct the refresh training for riggers.• Attend weekly progress meeting with client.• Review the monthly inspection of lifting tools and tackles.• Conduct daily tool box meeting with HSE.• Alignment of static and rotary equipments.• Internal tray installation works.• Preparation of weekly progress report and attend meetings with client.• Allocating work, manpower and technicians.• Reviewing time sheet and monitoring progress.• Supervision of equipment preservation.• Co-ordination between logistics and equipment departments.• Assisting pre-commissioning (Punch list clearing, chemical/catalyst filling and box up) and startup activities.
