12 years as Tech Ops( NPI & Sustenance), my key responsibilities include implementation of prototypes into mass volume manufacturing and also managing existing products in terms of process stability (Output, FPY, OTD). - Manage all operations-related communications (for a given NPI program and/or customer engagement) upward and downward through the organization; escalating key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional management and/or executive teams.- Manages customer relationship and ensures customer’s deliverables are met by driving weekly 4M reviews with customer & Ensures information required from customer is obtained in a timely manner and publish to factory simultaneously. Also supports customer visits- Assesses the program need & work with Engineering PMs and Product Line Managers (PLMs) to coordinate timing of builds and necessary process development and/or validations taking new products from “proto” to “production release. Ensure the need for urgency when troubleshooting problems with production machinery or establishing processes to ensure maximum productivity and reduce downtime.- Provide inputs to manufacturability and cost for value analysis projects right from concept to product design, product build and its validation testing.- Leverage knowledge and experience on product design , P-diagram, PFMEA, DFMEA, DFSS, DMAIC methodology to identify technical risks at an early stage of product development and support development of robust product that meets customer requirements and specification- Conducting technical reviews for team and provide technical mentoring to enhance the quality of project deliverables and in turn customer satisfaction from manufacturing perspective- Providing feedback to test process operation for ease-of-use testing, repeatability testing(GR&R), CpK, configuration testing, software load validation, and general operation within the test environment to improve the stability.
