Daily on-air transmission scheduling responsibilities.To create and deliver daily transmission schedules, ensuring that all interstitials and commercials are being placed to create maximum impact on air. To ensure that programmes start at advertised times, and that all schedules are delivered to Transmission within agreed guidelines, following internal policies and procedures, the UAE’s laws and broadcasting standards.Responsibility for weekly promotional planning based on the team Makelist and Year plans. Confirming promotional rotation patterns for parallel campaigns to air, and to decide the distribution of available airtime percentages according to priority messaging.Liaising with Programming, Creative Services, Adsales, Operations and Transmission, to co-ordinate delivery of all forms of information required for a schedules accurate transmission.
