A) Handles the product development process of several accounts from the sample selection process, and sample approvals up to style adoption;B) Handles lab testing requirements for the accounts being managed;C) Will manage the product development calendars of accounts;D) Works closely with the Tech Design team in terms of the product development process;E) Be able to analyze technical spec sheets and communicates with overseas factories for the execution of samples;F) Creating WIP’s of proto and all approval samples for the accounts;G) Be proficient in the PLM system, making sure that all information is accurate and fully updated;H) Strong clients and supplier management;I) Communicates with the production team to ensure that the end product is properly executed.

A) Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development. B) Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products. C) Conceptualizing new product ideas by using software to design prototypes.
