-Implemented optimized prebuild plan for Chinese New Year planning to reduce working capital impact during factory shutdown. Prebuild period was reduced by 66% for Chinese New Year period after the optimized process went live.-Automated product classification process by developing an algorithm, which groups high volume and velocity SKUs to achieve better service level. Classification automatically feeds appropriate supply policy for SKUs in the Supply Planning tool. Improved the service levels for A classified items to 99 %.-Implemented optimization process using a Statistical Safety Stock model in the organization, which considers demand and lead time variability into effect for determining the optimum inventory levels, generating a 20% reduction in working capital.- Developed data connections, ETL data streams, staging tables, schedules, unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing scenarios for implementation of Demand Works, a cloud based planning software with Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning and Demand Planning Modules. Led the entire software implementation project and business process mapping to support the business functions.-Ideated forecasting methods using machine learning models, specifically for e-commerce customers by finding the correlation of demand with pricing, customer reviews, ratings, page rank, competitor pricing and customer on-hand inventory. Models possessed 20% MAPE and 10% Bias improvement compared to the traditional time series models.-Developed KPI dashboards for reporting using Tableau Platform for 30+ users in global supply chain team covering Supply Planning , Replenishment , Logistics , Demand Planners and Executives.
