Sourced, Screened, Mentored and Participated in the acceleration of startups through Axilor Venture, The Gain, and Villgro Social Innovations through purpose-designed programs like clinical immersion, founder engagement and early market adoption partnerships. Worked with 100+ startups in various critical points of life-cycle of healthcare/biomedical startups from early discovery, PoC, regulatory approval, early adoption, M&A, scale-up funding etc. Sitting on the board of Docturnal - AI acoustics based respiratory disease screening company and Redwing Aerospace Labs- Drone logistics company.

Directed a high performing team of clinical investigators, regulatory experts and resident innovators across 12 hospitals under NH Group. Increased research revenue 10 fold in 3 yrs. Run the grants and contracts office to seed support innovative healthcare ideas to practice and maintained a single window operation for all the pharmaceutical and med-tech companies for co-development and clinical validation. Designed and commissioned 22,500 sqft translational research facility to co-host clinicians and scientists with domain specific research group. Bagged research grants of more than 5 million USD from various government and non-governmental agencies as PI. Managed and directed all aspects of the clinical research and healthcare innovations globally for Narayana Health Group and facility operations in headquarters at Bangalore. Re-structured operational practices and re-organized team to stabilize and deliver client needs on time. Responsible for overall direction of department operations, strategic plans, vendor selection, new initiatives, SOP development and training. Advised senior executives on operational implications and due diligence efforts to achieve national and international regulatory compliance by setting up Ethics Committees & QC policies as per FDA HRPP guidelines.
