∞ Assures and verifies implementing and compliance with Al Reyami's Corporate Policies reguarding HSE regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to guidelines.∞ Promote HSE awareness and consciousness in employees and ensure implementation of HSE procedures through a proper HSE awareness program. ∞ Drive a Zero Incident Culture for all employees. ∞ Develop healthy work practices and promote health at work. ∞ Taking care of EHS incident investigating and reporting to Zones Corp. ∞ Coordinate HSE failure investigation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions implemented. ∞ Maintaining and Updating the weekly and monthly reports. ∞ Conducting monthly Tool Box Talks and doing client inductions.∞ Attend progress meeting with client. ∞ Prepare required reports regarding HSE, according with Corporate and company's requirements. ∞ Serve as a contract for HSE matters for the company. ∞ Coordinate the investigations of HSE Incidents and Accidents. ∞ Building the team. ∞ Carryout Periodic HSE Audits and Inspection of the Site, Equipments, Vehicles and Work Practices, Etc. ∞ Conducting the Emergency Drills. ∞ Conducting Inspections & taking Proactive Corrective Measures.
