• 2G GSM Network Roll out of Green field project in Tamil Nadu including Chennai Metro Circle with 1600+ cell sites in a short time of 8 months.• Building from scratch two MSC facilities in Chennai and Coimbatore within 6 months which normally takes 8 to 9 months. Coordination with Architect, Consultants and subcontractors who were doing the interiors, safety system and Power substation readiness.• Selection and Recruitment of Manpower for the Project function; training and guiding a team of 18 On-roll Employees of level from Astt General Managers to Engineers along with 11 off role Engineers.• Monitoring the quality of rollout done by OEM like Huawei and NEC and confirmation of design. Infrastructure readiness by Indus Towers and monitoring the execution progress. Bill certification of vendors and cost analysis of the budget with reports to corporate team.
