-- Responsible for day to day Finance, Accounts and banking operations. -- Preparation of Management Reports, Finalization of accounts, coordination with the external and internal auditors of the company, treasury operations, keep track of the VAT and taxation requirements and compliances with Company Law and other corporate laws. -- Responsible for consolidation of branch accounts with Head office. -- Reconciliation of Inter branch transactions.
