Headed the Hybrid Integration Practice (pillar) at Cateina for 19 months, after a 12 year stint with MindCraft. At Cateina, I was responsible for the overall running of Hybrid Integration which includes: Business Development, Presales, PoC, Sales, Marketing events, Co-Marketing with IBM, Distributor Management, Technical Architecting, Mentoring Team, Getting team certified, Development support & Troubleshooting, Built BA and Testing Team, Customer Satisfaction, Resource allocation, Hiring, Interview, P/L for the Practice, among other activities... During my 19 months, Cateina grew from 7 employees to 40. Hybrid Integration (HI) practice took care of Implementation, Support and Services using IBM Integration suite. I could build a GOOD technical team on IBM ACE (formerly known as IIB/WMB), MQ, API Connect, ICP and Cloud Integration Platform. 5 Production Go-LIVE's of IBM API Connect implemenation and 3 Production Go-LIVE's of ESB (using IBM IIB) were delivered in just 14 months of HI. All these were start to end implementations and are presently supported by Cateina and my (ex)-team. We ensured customer statisfaction during all these implementations with our honest and dedicated efforts. Beyond HI, I used to take care of Accounts and HR for Cateina. In the course, I systematized Workflow for Statutory Compliance and Day-to-Day Operations in these departments for more efficient and effective working.

Application Development and Maintenance on PowerBuilder for BSE - Stock Clearing House. Key roles where Functional Understanding, Designing SRS, Development and maintenance of Application, Extensive use of PowerBuilder User Objects and Pipeline, Writing, Optimizing and maintaining Stored Procedures and Trigger. Stored Procedure for allocation of shares between Clearing member and Depository. Understanding, Designing and development of programs for trading charges of Depository participant.

Application Development and Maintenance on PowerBuilder.
