www.mykada.com is a startup online shopping portal based out of Dubai. It was launched in 2016 and I have played a major role in the setting up of the business. As a start up ecommerce model, my responsibilities were varied and all encompassing, which included market research, developing the product spread, content development, maintaining the Magento backend of the website, copywriting, conceptualization, inventory management, pricing, communication with the suppliers,customers and third parties for product sourcing and order fulfillment, catering to product inquiries, customer service, order management, invoicing, ensuring timely delivery, all done with consistent focus on the goodwill and profitability of the brand.In the span of a year, the company grew to above AED1M of Net Sales p.a, the team grew from 2 to 9 and the product spread is currently above 1500 and growing.

I was responsible for the driving the consolidation and timely submission of Performance reports of the College to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. This was a critical requirement for the College to become autonomous. I was also responsible for creating content for press releases, and news articles with a focus on upholding the name of the Institution.The college ultimately received autonomous status from the Council during my tenure.
