Previously as Product Development Expert at Community Homestay Network , a social enterprise for women empowerment and rural development via. tourism. I help locals design and develop community based tourism experiences that visitors can participate in.My specialties include sustainable development, value definition and management, tourism marketing, product development, destination development,capacity building, problem solving,relationship building etc. The traveller in me has led me to many remote corners of Nepal and given me many opportunities to understand their potential as destinations . I believe tourism can be an effective tool to transform rural lives and create greater impacts with sustainability values always on the side.
