I am having a background of Master in Rural Development and simultaneously completing master & Bachelor degree in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. I am having more than 5+years’ experience in the different fields such as Community Mobilization, Counseling and Business development. Currently I am working with Paniit Alumna India Foundation as a Mobilization Executive. This organization is Implementing Jharkhand Government skills development project. I am responsible for mobilizing community for courses. I am also counseling the youth and their family members on our concern courses. I plan for Job fair and camps for advertisement and publicity. Along with liaising and coordinating with District, block and concerns line departments. In past I am involving in Business development programme in various organization and institution such as One Diagnostics as a Sales officer-Business development. In Higlance Laboratories pvt.
