In my current role, I am responsible for building the customer success org and culture at NAKAD, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and value to our customers across the entire customer journey. I also collaborate with the product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback, insights, and recommendations to improve our product offerings and customer satisfaction. Previously, I have worked with leading e-commerce platforms such as Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, and Myntra, where I have led and executed various projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of their supply chain and logistics operations.
