Experience in MS Excel, Word and PPP and posting Journal entries in SAP software and Month end activities.Currently I am part of R2R (Report to record) finance and accounting domain.(Report to Record)Experience in Preparing Accrual Journal entries posting on Payment recovered or yet to recover month on month. Knowledge on preparing the General Ledger thereafter, Monthly revenue reconciliation report, provision entries and prepaid expenses entries on every Month End. Experience in posting Journal entries after payroll run activity and clearing Ledger balance and sundry debtor’s general ledger for every month. Every month end proficiency on working or Run the Bank Reconciliation Statement in system for reconcile the cash book(Ledger Transaction) and passbook(Company bank Transaction). Attending the Client calls for R2R on daily/weekly/Monthly bases & cascading the next steps basis on the process for daily and weekly activities and feedback. Also work on Root Cause Analysis and implementing strategic solutions with the Clients in terms of process. (Account Receivable)Accountable to prepare different types of Reports in excel sheet on individual activities every month which is based on Account receivable. Responsible for passing the Journal entries and Reversal entry in bulk as well as single account during the month end. Deliverable to few reports were analytics observation and prepare the report on time and delivered to client and upload in system(Account payable)Driving Account payable purchase-to-pay (P2P) activities like compliance check for invoice processing and processing the payment as per invoice of vendor thereafter doing the daily Payment for invoice created to the vendors and liable for post journal entries. Ensure the active of reconciliation of duplicate payments and invoice raised for daily base, weekly and monthly base and sending report to client. Reconciliation of purchase-to-pay P2P journal posting file with payment process during the period.
