Working as an Assistant Manager WFM for multiple LOBs and accounts. I work on Capacity Planning, Forecasting, scheduling and RFP activities.Connect with clients, Leadership team and internal stakeholders on planning, staffing requirements, hiring for existing and new business.I am also involved in Resource redeployment process to redeploy internal resources to the accounts where demand is open.

Worked as Capacity planner, forecaster, scheduler and RTA

Acted as RTA and managed multiple accounts to esures SL, and other KPI were met. staffing adherence were followed regularly. Publishing interval wise, daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Worked as an RTA for multiple accounts and queues. I used to manage a team of 12 HC to ensure SL and other KPIs were met.

Started working as Technical support in a UK process for around 3 years then moved as RTA for 2.5 years.

Worked as a customer care executive in a domestic process. Also worked there as a floor support for 6 months.
