Responsibilities1. Reviewing Subordinates’ Work Log and Performance:• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.• Provide onsite coaching and regular communication to enhance their capacity.2. Monitoring and Evaluation:• Develop strategies to address identified gaps in the program.• Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of program activities.3. Reporting and Data Verification:• Prepare reports as needed.• Verify data consistency between the National Tuberculosis Program Management Information System(NTPMIS) and Excel reports using a verification sheet.4. Partnership Strengthening:• Foster partnerships among BWSN (SR), Save the Children, government counterparts, and local CSOs partners.5. Representation and Collaboration:• Represent the project at district, provincial, and national levels.• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, Executive Director, and focal person responsible for the project.6. Technical Support and Data Collection:• Provide technical backstopping support.• Mobilize a community-based project team to efficiently collect project data.7. Ensuring Compliance:• Serve as the focal point for the district team to ensure compliance with Save the Children International’sNational Tuberculosis Program.8. Quality Assurance:• Regularly monitor and coach district and field staff to ensure the generation of high-quality data.9. Data Management:• Handle Health Management Information System (HMIS) data collection, verification, and review.• Upload data into project databases (e.g., HMIS, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms) following the flow protocoloutlined in the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) plan.
