Chief Litigation Counsel for the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection. In this role, I advise the Bureau Director on complex litigation matters. I also provide legal, strategic, and tactical advice to case teams investigating and litigating consumer protection matters, including providing guidance on e-discovery and ESI issues. I assist case teams preparing for hearings and trials and advise on appeals that arise from the FTC's consumer protection cases. I am responsible for developing training materials and programs for Bureau attorneys and investigators.
