Joined AMP Services (NZ) Limited in 2015. Through the years I have had the opportunity of moving around in the company in roles varying from Administration, Mergers & Acquisitions to finally Relationship Management, in the process getting a great perspective of the whole business operation. In 2018 I took over the responsibilities of the Adviser Relationship Manager for Upper North Island of New Zealand until 2022 when I was offered the role of the Client Relationship Manager based in Melbourne for the company’s Group Insurance business. My current role has an overall responsibility of driving relationship with key Trustees and Brokers across Australia and New Zealand. Critical to the success of my role is working closely with these business partners to satisfy their requirements by assisting with enquiries and escalations, being an effective conduit between Resolution Life and them. The role demands consistently being on the hook and customer focused which I thoroughly enjoy.
